According to the prominent Polish website tvn24.pl, “Misiek,” the leader and founder of the hooligan group “Wisła Sharks,” has reportedly started collaborating with the Polish police.
As reported by tvn24.pl, based on Misiek’s testimony, the Polish police apprehended 16 individuals on Tuesday (April 16, 2019), primarily affiliated with “Wisła Sharks” and others. This group includes a former vice president of Wisła Kraków and an individual linked to the hooligan faction of Lechia Gdańsk.
On Wednesday, Polish authorities had also planned to apprehend the leader of “Jude Gang” associated with Cracovia, but he managed to evade capture by leaving Poland.
The 16 detainees face charges related to drug trafficking. The operation involved 170 policemen, and additional arrests are anticipated in the future.

Tuesday’s police operation was another big action aimed at “Wisła Sharks”.
In May 2018, the Polish police conducted a significant operation targeting “Wisła Sharks,” resulting in the arrest of several dozen individuals affiliated with the hooligans of Wisła Kraków and Ruch Chorzów. The leader of “Wisła Sharks,” known as “Misiek,” managed to escape to Italy two days before this police action. In October 2018, he was detained in Italy and transported to a Polish prison, where he, surprisingly, began cooperating with the police.
The first notable incident involving “Misiek” occurred in 1998 during the Wisła Kraków – AC Parma match when he assaulted Dino Baggio with a knife to the head. Subsequently, he received a six and a half year of prison sentence.
