UEFA fined Galatasaray, Basel, Feyenoord and Standard becouse of their supporters

The Disciplinary Committee of UEFA punished with fines Galatasaray, Basel, Feyenoord and Standard (Liege) for the behavior of their fans at matches in the Champions League and Europa League. Basel was penalized with a fine of 40,000 euros ($ 65 000) after supporters of the Swiss team throwing terrain dangerous objects during the match of the group stage of the Champions League with Liverpool on 1st October.

Galatasaray is punished with a fine of 50 000 euros ($ 80 000) for the behavior of the Turkish fans in the Champions League with Arsenal, who in the first half throwing missiles and flares on the pitch and the match was suspended.

Feyenoord was fined with 15 000 euros (24 000 dollars) and Standard – with 17 000 euros (27 000 dollars) for the behavior of their fans in the matches of the Europa League on 2nd October.
