New law for hooligans in Holland

The Dutch government wants a new football law for hooligans with a stadium ban and a reporting obligation.

The hooligans have to wear an ankle bracelet with a transmitter so the police can see that they are not in a prohibited area.

This must be an alternative to the personal obligation to report on game days.
