The incidents broke out near the Groupama Stadium before the match Lyon-CSKA Moscow. Just before the start of the match, about 150 Lyon hooligans attacked the police after they try to reach CSKA hooligans. At least 8 policemen were injured, one police car was destroyed, and 3 supporters were arrested.
