Hooligan groups in Germany will be rated as criminal organizations

Hard times for the hooligans in Germany and 22.01.2015 sad day for the German hooligan scene.

According to the judgment of the Federal Court hooligan groups will be rated as a criminal organizations. Violent scene followers must continue to reckon with longer prison sentences than before. Every fan who is counted among one group can get up to 5 years in prison, just for membership. Punishments for bodily harm are added in addition.

The highest court in Karsluhe also debated the incidents in the summer of 2008 after the European Championship semi-final between Germany and Turkey, then Turkish restaurant in Dresden was crashed by 80 hooligans.
