UEFA started an investigation against CSKA Moscow and Roma for racism

European football central started an investigation against CSKA Moscow and Roma for racism by fans of both teams during the game between them last week / September 17 / from the group stage of the Champions League.

That was announced by UEFA as explained they are still in searching of evidence.

Also it is expected the russian grand to receive a sanction for the participation of supporters of the team in the riots on the stands of Stadio Olimpico. The more extreme fans clashed with stewards by throwing flaming torches to the Italian fans.

From the central of UEFA announced further that the case will be discussed and resolved by the relevant committees on 3rd of October.
