New law for hooligans in Holland


The Dutch government wants a new football law for hooligans with a stadium ban and a reporting obligation. The hooligans have to wear an ankle bracelet with a transmitter so the police can see that they are not in a prohibited area. This must be an alternative to the personal obligation to report on game days.
