Galatasaray, Dortmund and Basel charged by UEFA following fan disorder in the Champions League

UEFA have charged three sides over fan disorder during Champions League matches this week. Both Galatasaray and Basel – who faced Arsenal and Liverpool respectively – have been cited for “crowd disturbances” on Wednesday evening. German side Borussia Dortmund have also been charged.
